Not a big fan of bringing a “big” camera to a bar. I’d rather go with the Ricoh GR. Small compact, unobtrusive … But last Sunday i was out and about taking photos with the Leica, trying to get some more samples to work later on Lightroom till I get a look I like. So when a friend told me to go to the bar to see game two of the finals I went straight there, so the Leica came with me.
I’m not a big sports fan. I like sports. i just don’t know the name of every player in every team of every sport in the last 20 years … as some people do. Seriously, I don’t know how they do it. So yeah, I enjoyed the game like everybody else but I was enjoying more the people watching, reactions, gestures, tension … it was only game two so the steaks were not all that high. You could tell the atmosphere was relaxed … Will see in the next games.
Anyway; i know that the Leica kind of suck over 3200 ISO but it was dark, my lenses are all f2 so I tried to stay on 1600 ISO and shoot at 1/60, I think I moved the dial by accident at some point and shot some photos at 1/90 … First time this ever happened to me, all my previous cameras had the dial a bit stronger so it never came out like this one, I guess I gotta keep an eye on it.
